What this calculator shows. The customs reform impact only. The flat €3 reform duty per product category applies to every parcel entering the EU below €150 from 1 July 2026 (Council of the EU, press release 11 February 2026). A separate Union customs handling fee, estimated at approximately €2 per category, is expected to take effect in November 2026 on top (Council policy page, modernising the EU customs union). Exact amount and date to be confirmed by the Council.
